In particular, we help large organizations develop complex solutions, often global/cross-border for the design, establishment, financing, operation, oversight and monitoring of their benefit and compensation programs around the world in a manner that meets the needs of both local and headquarter management. In doing so, we work closely with our local offices in other geographies, as well as subject matter experts in other segments.

As an intern you will be assigned to various client teams to assist in providing consulting advice and services to multinational companies concerning retirement, health and welfare, as well as broader benefits and compensation issues for their operations globally. You will serve as a resource for associates and consultants in charge of engagements by performing many intricate aspects of their client work. You will have immediate exposure to real client assignments which will draw on your imagination and creativity as well as your ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and present results. These experiences will help build your technical knowledge and overall industry expertise while working in a close-knit environment with a team of experts.
Our interns are eligible for a comprehensive actuarial exam study program including paid study hours, study materials and guidance in working towards attaining an accredited actuarial designation. You will also participate in key learning and development opportunities alongside associates.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The hourly rate being offered for this role is $27-$36/hr. USD.
This role is also eligible for overtime.
