Description:
ENG- Perform manufacturing engineering activities focused on improving CCA builds and module manufacturing processes, with an emphasis on thru-hole technology. Responsibilities include analyzing and optimizing processes, implementing improvements, supporting process development, maintaining and repairing equipment, documenting manufacturing processes, validating improvements through experiments and trials, and providing technical support to production personnel.

#Job Duties & Functions
*Analyze and optimize CCA and module manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
*Identify and implement process improvements across multiple CCA programs using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
*Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
*Create and maintain design specifications for fixtures and stencils.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance, to support seamless implementation of process changes.
*Work closely with senior engineers to gain experience and develop knowledge of manufacturing processes.
*Conduct experiments and trials to validate process improvements and confirm compatibility with existing equipment and systems.
*Provide technical support and guidance to production staff, including training and mentoring as needed.
*Support process development and implementation activities across manufacturing operations.
*Assist with equipment maintenance and repair activities as part of manufacturing engineering projects.
