Job Opportunity – Urology Physician – Pennsylvania

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM clinic hours with 1-hour lunch break. 24-hour call coverage required. Full-time, ongoing coverage needed.

Highlights:

• Balanced mix of clinic visits (24-28 patients per day) and OR procedures including cystoscopy and stent placements
• Robotic surgery capabilities available with access to 16 operating rooms across two facilities
• EPIC electronic medical records system in use
• Strong support staff including 4 Medical Assistants, 1 RN, and 1 Clinical Services Associate
• Office equipment includes cystoscope, towers, and injection capabilities
• Supervision of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants included in role
• Temporary privileges available for urgent needs with clean credentialing files (90-day standard credentialing timeframe)

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ)
• Active DEA license required
• Minimum 1 year of urology experience
• Core procedural competencies: vasectomy, cystoscopy (OR-based), prostate procedures, ureteroscopy, lithotripsy, and orchiopexy
• Additional procedures as applicable: vasectomy reversal, penile plication, penile implants, and circumcision (rare occasions during call)
• Scope procedures welcomed if part of candidate's practice (not required)
• Must pass background checks including Child Abuse Search and fingerprinting
• Current health clearances, vaccines, physical examination, and fit testing required
